Welcome to 7th & 8th Grade at Vista Peak!

Hello Vista Peak Families and Students!

My name is Hannah Lankford, and I’ve been part of the Vista Peak team since the 2015/2016 school year! Over the years, I’ve taught 6th through 8th grade, and this middle school age group is my absolute favorite—they always keep me on my toes and laughing.

Background & Classroom Focus

• Education: B.A. in Special Education & Early Childhood (Arizona State University)

• Classroom Approach: Active, hands-on learning projects combined with social skills and coping strategies.

• Goal: Supporting grade-level academics, closing learning gaps, and building behavioral choices so students succeed both inside and outside the classroom.

• Personal: Outside of school, I love hanging out with my husband and son, painting, reading, and playing Roller Derby for AZDD!
